During the dental hygiene program, besides treating patients in West LA Clinic, I was regularly scheduled in various clinical rotations including UCLA Westwood General Clinic, AEGD, Venice Dental Center, Veterans Affairs Hospitals, and Simi Valley Free Clinic.
I provided dental hygiene services to many people from diverse populations coming from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and with fluctuating health literacy levels. 
I provided comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients with an array of systemic and oral health conditions. OHI provided was always individually tailored to the patient's specific needs and circumstances. One of the main goals of OHI is to emphasize the significance of oral-systemic links and the importance of proper oral hygiene routines.
